Pre and Post boarding and training policy

Owner understands and agrees upon, that all dogs can have unpredictable behaviors and that Got Your Six Dog Training will not be responsible for any actions, misconduct, injury, cost, loss, or damage of the Dog that are outside of the control of Got Your Six Dog Training. Got Your Six Dog Training will be responsible for any cost, expense, and loss or damage caused only while in sole custody of Got Your Six Dog Training. Owner agrees to the terms to the pre and post boarding and training policy.

Policy on Tools and Equipment Used

Pet owner fully understands the training tools and techniques that are used to train and modify the behavior of their dog and agrees, tools include Prong Collar, Remote Training Collar, Slip Leads, Muzzles, Flat Buckle Collar, Martingale Collar, Dominant Dog Collar.

Social Media, Video and Picture Policy

Owner grants permission for Got Your Six Dog Training to publish photos of the dog and videos of the dog training any time during the dog's time being board and trained

PAYMENT POLICY

Got Your Six Dog Training takes three types of payments: Cash, Check, or Paypal. Payment will need to be paid the first day of board and train, group classes, and boarding.

VACCINE REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO ANY TRAINING OR BOARDING

To ensure all dogs stay healthy at our facility, we require a list of vaccines to be updated at least 14 days prior to any type of training. If these vaccines are not up to date within one year, we will have to reschedule your training until updated, no exceptions.

Health and Wellness POLICY WAIVER

Thank you for choosing Got Your Six Dog Training. As you know, this is a dog boarding facility. Every dog that comes to the facility has to have all required vaccinations prior to coming into the facility. These vaccines include: Rabies, DHL4PP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Lepto 4Way, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus), Bordetella Bronchiseptica AKA Kennel Cough vaccine, and Flea and Tick treatment. At GY6, we take all precautions to prevent any sickness or virus by cleaning every area at least 3 times a day. As with any virus, we can only do so much to prevent it. If your dog has any symptoms such as: cough, diarrhea, vomiting, or loss of appetite, we will notify you ASAP. You will then need to come pick up your dog that day. The dog will not be able to come back to the facility until cleared by a licensed Veterinarian. If this happens in the middle of a boarding, GY6 will refund your money for the days that your dog was not boarded. If this happens during a board and train, we will refund your current amount of training days left or we can reschedule for a continued training date. As stated, GY6 will take all precautions to prevent any sickness or virus, but we are not responsible for any Veterinarian bills if your dog does become sick. Just like any daycare or school with humans..... We can only prevent so much. Thank you for understanding!!!
